Attention, competition: “beautiful creations of nature.” The British Council, the Delegation of the European Union to Uzbekistan and the British Embassy in Uzbekistan are announcing a competition dedicated to the beautiful creations of nature. The competition will last one month and the results will be announced on April 22, World Earth Day! – take (find in your archive) a photo of a rare natural place, plant or animal of Uzbekistan – give a brief description of the photo, indicating the name of this place/plant/animal and its features. – publish the photo and description on the Facebook wall of the British Council page in Uzbekistan or on your Instagram account with the hashtag #GreenUz and tagging @uzbritish Photos will be accepted until 09:00 on April 19 2016. Winners will be announced on April 21, 2016. The author of the best photograph with a description, according to the jury, will be awarded a tablet! The best 10 participants will be awarded memorable prizes from the organizers. Attention! One participant can send only one photo. Photos must be copyrighted; if plagiarism is detected, the contestant will be excluded. The jury will give preference to creative, bright and positive photographs! Good luck!
